Biography

Xavia is Alice Springs multi-instrumentalist, session cellist, singer-songwriter and NT song of the year finalist (2017) Xavia Nou.  As a solo artist, Xavia creates whimsical modern-folk blending looped, rhythmic cello, swirling strings, glittering autoharp and soaring melodies and harmony that take you on a beautiful, ethereal journey through song. For 10 years she has shared her broad ranging, multi-instrumentalist sensibilities around Australia and the world with enchanting live performances and stunning collaborative projects.
